Echelon by FMC delivers preemergence performance against sedges with two active ingredients.
A single sedge tuber can produce more than 1,900 shoots, and if left untreated sedges can grow twice as fast as desirable turf.
Echelon controls weeds from the foliage down and from the roots up, with efficacy and long-lasting residual for preemergence crabgrass control, according to FMC. It also provides pre- and early postemergence control of goosegrass. Echelon is available as a sprayable application or as a dry application on fertilizer for most cool- and warm-season grasses.
