What is a subscription number?

If you receive our magazine – print or digital – you have a subscription number (see below). If you receive newsletters or visit our website but do not receive the magazine, you can sign up now to get a subscription number.


How can I get my subscription number?

On the cover of your issue. Look for the mailing label on your most recent issue. Your subscription number is located above your name.

Via our automated system. Visit our automated lookup system.

Contact customer service. Email Antoinette Sanchez-Perkins, our senior audience development manager.


I’m a subscriber. Why don’t I have a subscription number showing up in your system?

We might have you under a different email address or you might be inputting an old subscription number (we recently updated our numbering system). Go ahead and contact customer service at the contact below.

It’s possible your subscription has lapsed. But that’s alright, we are happy to renew that today!

If you’re an advertiser who usually receives your magazine in the form of tearsheets or from your account rep, contact your rep.


How can I get a copy of a recent issue?

Single issue sales. Single copies of issues from the past year are available for $10 plus postage and handling and can be sent to you within 48 hours. Please contact Antoinette Sanchez-Perkins.

Multiple issue sales. We typically can provide you with up to 10 issues from the past year. Please contact our customer service department.

Reprints. If you’d like to order reprints of our magazine, please contact Mike McSorley at our authorized reseller Wright’s Media. Mike can also be reached at (281) 419-5725.

Advertiser copies. Most advertisers receive a tear-sheet of their ads with their monthly bill. If you are looking for full issues, we provide up to 2 free copies if you contact your rep.

Pre-issue copies. Interested in ordering an upcoming issue of the magazine? Please contact Antoinette Sanchez-Perkins to find out more about being added to our initial press run. Keep in mind we go to press 6-8 weeks ahead of the issue date.


How can I get a copy of an older issue?

You can view any issue that is more than 3 months old in our website archives by clicking on the issue. It’s that easy! All archived issues are open access, and can be downloaded in PDF format.

For issues prior to 2009 or to purchase archived issues, please contact Mike McSorley, of Wright’s Media, our reprint vendor, and you can get a copy in 7-10 business days.
