Watch the video above to see Seth Jones, editor-in-chief of Golfdom magazine, and Bill Irving, superintendent at Lawrence (Kan.) CC, complete the ice bucket challenge. But who do they challenge?

The ALS Ice bucket Challenge requires nominees to pour a bucket of ice water over their heads to raise funds and awareness for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly known as ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease. Nominees have the choice to donate to ALS research and/or complete the Challenge within 24 hours and then nominate others. As of Monday, Aug. 25, ALSA.org says the ALS Association has received $79.7 million in donations compared to $2.5 million during the same time period last year – July 29 to Aug. 25.
