Wailua Golf Course

Wailua Golf Course sits upon the serene seaside of the Pacific Ocean. One of the most popular courses among the island’s residents, the course features Kauai’s stunning mountains along the Coconut Coast.

While the course was initially built with 9-holes, Toyo Shirai redesigned the front nine and created an additional nine in 1961. The course begins and ends with scenic views of the ocean.

In 2002, a $2 million irrigation system was installed allowing the course to sustain luscious grounds year round. Wailua Golf Course continues to strive for golfers to have an amazing experience by continually improving the playing conditions of each hole.
