Toro Golf Irrigation names new marketing manager

The Toro Co. named Tory Perren as senior marketing manager for its golf irrigation business.

Perren comes to Toro from Continental GMBH, where he spent the past 17 years working in several product and business management roles within its ContiTech division. He has a strong background of successfully leading marketing teams through new product launches, brand transformations and back office process automation.

In his new role, Perren will continue to expand the company’s position as the leader in water management and build on recent innovations, such as the INFINITY Stealth Kit, Lynx 5.0 and Lynx Smart Satellite. “I am excited to join Toro and look forward to building on the impressive successes thus far,” said Perren.

“Tory’s experience and attitude toward innovation and relationship management make him an ideal fit for The Toro Company,” said Phil Burkart, vice president of Irrigation and Lighting Business. “We are confident that he will make an immediate contribution to the team and continue to implement the high quality customer experience and innovation that we are known for.”

Perren holds an MBA and bachelor of science degree in business administration from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.
