SOLitude Lake Management adds 8 to team

SOLitude Lake Management added eight new hires to its growing team.

Aquatic specialist Jim Sheeran and seven sales and administrative professionals joined the company to support SOLitude’s biologists, ecologists and environmental scientists, and create positive and memorable experiences for clients, prospects and partners. These experienced individuals, spanning from the the Mid-Atlantic to the Southwest, bring unique expertise and a shared passion for the restoration and protection of lakes, ponds and wetlands throughout the country.

Jim Sheeran is an aquatic specialist with more than a decade of experience in the aquatic weed management industry. He works with golf courses, homeowners associations and private landowners in Southwest Florida to cultivate lakes, ponds and wetlands that meet their aesthetic, ecological and budgetary goals. Prior to joining SOLitude, he worked with various weed control companies.

Devin McGuire is a business development consultant focused on educating and supporting clients throughout the Richmond, Va., region. McGuire has extensive sales and account management experience in a variety of markets, including healthcare, IT and the industrial equipment industry. Most recently, he worked for a pesticide supply company supporting clients throughout the state of Virginia, as well as Southern Maryland.

Marti Veatch is a business development consultant serving Central and Northern Florida. Veatch joined SOLitude in 2018 to help support the team’s territory growth across the region and educate property owners about sustainable lake, pond and wetland management solutions. Marti graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. Before joining SOLitude, Veatch worked for a modular robotics systems manufacturer.

Ben Green is a service and procurement administrator working out of SOLitude’s Virginia Beach, Va., office. He assists the SOLitude field teams and purchasing department through operational support and plays an integral role in the overall efficiency and success of the company. Green received his bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. Prior to joining SOLitude, he worked as a natural gas technician.

Pam Murray is a service and contracts administrator focused on processing service agreements and supporting SOLitude’s operations and administrative teams in Virginia Beach, Va. Murray has more than a decade of project management, business and leadership experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining SOLitude, she was a leader with Bank of America for 17 years. Most recently, she managed projects mandated by State and Federal agencies.

Regina Brimmer is a regional administrator and client relations professional who works closely with SOLitude’s fisheries team to support property owners and fishing enthusiasts. In addition to serving as one of the first points of contact for clients, Brimmer supports company leadership and regional staff. Based in Charlottesville, Va., Brimmer has a background in customer service and studied marketing and human resources management at Virginia Tech. Prior to SOLitude, she spent 15 years in various roles at high-end resorts.

Karen Miller-Warwick is a regional administrator and client relations professional based in SOLitude’s Tyler, Texas, office. Miller-Warwick supports the Southwestern team with nearly 30 years of administrative and customer service experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Lambuth University in Jackson, Tenn. She also has a Master of Arts degree in marketing communications from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where her master’s thesis was “Establishing a Customer for Life.”

Mary Jane Moyer is a regional administrator and client relations professional based in SOLitude’s Georgetown, Del., office. She works closely with the sales and operations teams to create and process proposals, welcome new clients and implement special projects throughout the region. Her education has primarily focused on business administration. Prior to SOLitude, she held administrative positions within town management, the technology industry and education.
