Project EverGreen is a national non-profit with a mission of: bringing people together to make a difference in how our yards, parks and communities create a greener, healthier, cooler Earth. Our program, GreenCare for Troops (GCFT) matches green industry volunteers—who are willing to offer complimentary services—to the families of currently deployed military personnel and post-9/11 veterans with a service-connected disability. Now in its 12th year, more than 11,000 military families nationwide have registered for the program, and more than 6,000 volunteers have stepped up to serve them.
