OnGolf names VP of agronomy services

OnGolf, a cloud-based golf course management platform, has named Frank Heery as vice president of agronomy services. He will manage the company’s customer service support and new business development programs.

“OnGolf is pleased to have someone of Frank’s stature and operational expertise join our team,” says Walt Norley, OnGolf’s chief executive officer. “This is a key position for OnGolf as we launch our revolutionary golf course management system this Spring.”

Heery brings more than 20 years of experience in the golf course industry. He previously served as director of agronomy for the Club at Mediterra in Naples, Fla. Prior to his work at Mediterra, he served as head superintendent at The Westmoreland Country Club in Illinois and Denver County Club in Colorado.

Heery earned a bachelor’s degree in agronomy and environmental science from Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa.
