EarthWay purchases White Castle PSB spreader division

EarthWay Products, an equipment manufacturer based in Bristol, Ind., purchased the PSB spreader division of White Castle, in Columbus, Ohio.

EarthWay will produce the Prizelawn brand product and market them through the Prizelawn dealer network. PSB is the maker of Prizelawn Bigfoot, CBR, Mid-Pro and Littlefoot spreaders. EarthWay is the manufacturer of the EV-N-SPRED and Flex-Select lines of spreaders.

Prizelawn’s executive management will now be under the EarthWay management team, according to Vice President of Sales & Marketing Jeff Kendall. Also, the Prizelawn sales team will join the EarthWay sales team.

Production will transition to EarthWay over the next several months.
