Bayer launches Specticle Total

Environmental Science, a division of Bayer CropScience, unveiled Specticle Total, a non-selective herbicide with residual control.

Specticle Total kills existing weeds and prevents new weeds for up to six months. It is easily mixed in a backpack sprayer, according to the company.

“Specticle Total helps [them] save time and money by delivering effective, long-lasting control in a convenient application – thereby reducing the need for re-treatments,” says Jeff Michel, herbicides business manager for Bayer’s professional turf and ornamentals business.

Specticle Total is rainproof in 30 minutes and uses less herbicide in the environment, according to Bayer.
