Z.One EV debuts Korean lithium battery and golf car at the PGA Show
Z.One EV debuted its NanoIntech lithium-ion battery and a battery-powered golf car, Innovate, at the PGA Show in Orlando, Fla.
“The reception and feedback we received at the PGA Show were outstanding,” said Joseph J. White, COO of Z.One EV. “We met with most major golf car manufacturers and their response was better than we could have hoped for. These products are the best of the best in the Korean golf car market and we believe are quickly on their way to setting the standard in the U.S. as well.”
Z.One EV says its NanoIntech-designed battery packs use LG Nickel-Cobalt-Manganese POUCH cells, which are more compact in size and efficient in performance. The batteries also feature a battery management system.
Innovate is an eight-passenger golf car, which the company says has earned a 60 percent market share in South Korea since debuting in 2015.
