“Since day one of the new Valley Green, we’ve been dedicated to increasing our presence in the New England golf markets. Jeremy has a long history in the golf business and will be focused 100 percent on that segment,” George Furrer, president of Valley Green, said. “Golf course superintendents deserve more of our attention and the addition of Jeremy represents our commitment to that end.”

Stachowicz was a Class A golf course superintendent at Wahconah Country Club in Dalton, Mass., for 17 years. He has also volunteered at the USGA Women’s Open and the USGA Senior Amateur Championship.

“I am grateful for the opportunity Valley Green has offered me,” Stachowicz said. “I look forward to using my experience and passion for the industry to help golf course superintendents achieve their agronomic goals and peace of mind.”
