Turface Athletics is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year by giving away 2 tons of product and $250 to buy field maintenance supplies.

The “Watch and Win” promotion offers sports field managers, coaches and field volunteers a chance to win simply by watching one of the company’s online educational videos.

The company will choose one winning viewer each quarter. Mike Skender, Gurnee Park District, Gurnee, Ill., and Mark Roberts, sports turf manager, Steward School, Richmond, Va, were selected the first and second quarters, respectively. Two more viewers will be chosen before the end of the year.

“Educating coaches, field managers and volunteers at every level of the game has been a core commitment of Turface Athletics for 50 years,” said Jeff Langner, brand manager at Turface Athletics. “The ‘Watch and Win’ promotion is a way to continue that commitment while giving back to our customers at the same time.”

The “Watch and Win” giveaway draws from the company’s newly expanded video library, a free resource tailored to help educate sports field managers at any level of play on the latest maintenance and renovation techniques for ball fields and sports turf.

To enter, participants can visit the company’s website and watch the free educational video displayed. They will receive a promotional code at the end of the video that allows them to complete an entry form. A new video will be featured each quarter, giving viewers four chances to win.
