Turf Max LLC names new national agronomic sales representative

turf_max_logoTurf Max LLC, manufacturer of Turf Screen and other products for turf protection and enhancement, has named Frank Heery as its national agronomic sales representative.

In his new role Heery will be responsible for sales growth and will work directly with the company’s distribution network sales team as well as end-users, according to the company.

Prior to joining Turf Max, Heery has spent more than 20 years in agronomy and golf course maintenance industry. He worked at several clubs across the United States and served in various roles for The Club at Mediterra in Naples, Fla., OnGOLF and Overbrook Golf Club in Villanova, Pa.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in agronomy and environmental science from Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pa.

In addition to his professional contributions to the golf industry, Heery has volunteered at numerous United States Golf Association, Professional Golfers’ Association, The Ladies Professional Golf Association and Senior Professional Golfers’ Association events.
