TopDown Conservation debuts TurfManager

By |  May 12, 2011

The tech company’s new TurfManager program is intended to help facility and property managers better monitor costs and resources through consolidating and automating the daily functions of turf management in one Internet portal. The software helps users identify how money is spent, track labor and quantify costs for containment and sustainability programs.

TurfManager features a centralized database for labor and chemical tracking; and a formal structure and accounting process to plan, record, measure and implement work plans. Owners and managers of multiple facilities can aggregate return on investment across a portfolio of properties by utilizing TurfManager to track inventory, purchasing and environmental sustainability efforts at multiple properties.
