SiteOne offers new Equipment Service Desk for customers

SiteOne Landscape Supply is offering its new service, the Equipment Service Desk, for customers.

Those who purchase equipment at SiteOne can now get help with technical questions, troubleshooting, repair or warranty ticket needs directly through their local SiteOne branch.

Depending on location, a SiteOne repair partner will travel to the SiteOne branch to help the customer. If necessary, a mobile unit could also be sent out to the customer’s location instead.

“We’re proud to be a one-stop shop for landscaping and green industry professionals,” said Nick Schomer, director of category management for SiteOne. “We are committed to helping our professional customers grow and be successful. Our new Equipment Service Desk will be another SiteOne resource they can rely on.”

The new Equipment Service Desk is available for all types of equipment sold at SiteOne, including agronomic application equipment, pest management, hand-held equipment, snow and ice removal, hardscaping and other applications.

For those that need assistance from the Equipment Service Desk, contact your local SiteOne branch or account representative. Also, visit SiteOne’s equipment page on its website to see the equipment available to professionals.
