SiteOne now offering PBI-Gordon’s newest liquid herbicide, Arkon

SiteOne Landscape Supply now offers Arkon Herbicide Liquid from PBI-Gordon. Arkon offers post-emergent control of sedges, kyllingas and other broadleaf weeds.

Arkon, Approved for use in most U.S. states — except California and Alaska, is labeled for application on established cool- and warm-season turfgrass species across a wide range of landscapes, including golf course greens, fairways and roughs. SiteOne will offer Arkon in one-gallon, 2.5-gallon and 30-gallon options.

Arkon employs pyrimisulfan as its active ingredient to control post-emergent broadleaf weeds of several types. According to PBI-Gordon, research indicates that Arkon reduces both the overall number and viability of nutsedge tubers to help reduce future emergence.
