Precision Laboratories has named Paul Bially technical lead, water management.

“Paul is an experienced technical specialist. We’re excited to have him lead our field development of water management products,” said Precision Laboratories President Rick Wohlner. “He’s a dedicated resource to help develop new products, assess field conditions and customize treatment strategies. As we continue our leadership in water management, Paul’s contributions will bring great value to our customers.”

The manufacturer of specialty chemistries that enhance plants, seeds, soil and water for the agricultural and turf industries said Bially would work closely with universities, third parties and customers on water research projects. He is proficient in the use of surfactants and polymers to improve irrigation efficiency and root zone delivery of inputs.

Precision Laboratories, which offers a line of soil surfactants to help turf managers reduce water consumption and enhance efficient irrigation, recently sponsored education sessions at the 2013 Golf Course Superintendents Association of America Conference, addressing best practices in water management and sustainability, among other topics.
