PGA National Resort unveils members-only Triple Stick Golf Club and Clubhouse in Florida

PGA National Resort revealed a transformative members-only golf enclave in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., featuring the development of a new golf course and clubhouse. The exclusive experience will feature the new Triple Stick Golf Club including a state-of-the-art practice area from Love Golf Design, led by World Golf Hall of Fame member Davis Love III, and an elegant clubhouse from acclaimed architects Peacock + Lewis. The fully redesigned course will open later this year with the clubhouse to follow. 

Following the routing of the former Estates Course, Triple Stick Golf Club reflects PGA National’s commitment to expanding and elevating its private club and resort offerings with a refined and contemporary identity rooted in architectural heritage. The 807-acre storied golf destination was purchased in 2025 by Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate firm, in a joint venture partnership with South Street Partners, a private equity real estate owner, operator and developer with a focus on golf and lifestyle assets; and Salamander Collection, the luxury hotel company which also manages the resort.

Playing surfaces were modernized with Bimini Bermuda for tees, fairways and roughs, and TifEagle on the greens to provide consistency and resilience. Shell and sand cart paths reinforce the course’s coastal identity, while the region’s silty sandy soils support the agronomic program. 

The new course will play as a par 70, with both nines concluding with par-5 holes — a distinctive and memorable routing choice. The masterplan includes a redesigned practice facility with an expanded driving range, a dedicated short-game area and strategically placed comfort stations.
