Jackal Golf Club, in Brighton, Mich., has been renamed to The Golf Club at Mt. Brighton. The golf course shares a man-made hill – Mt. Brighton – with a ski resort.

“We felt it important to showcase Mt. Brighton itself as the dual-purpose ski/golf hill that sets the course apart from all other courses in southern Michigan,” says Larry Kuebler, the club’s director of golf.

The hill allows the 100-acre, par-71 course to have tee elevations approaching 200 feet.
