Linchpin, Sipcam Agro’s new value-added herbicide for the cool season and Bermuda turf markets, is a great fit for the US northern and transition zone where cool season and Bermudagrasses exist on the same property or the same route for LCO’s. Our patented formula greatly reduces or eliminates the risk of bleached turf from mesotrione. Labeled for use in lawncare, sports fields, golf courses and sod production, Linchpin is the only mesotrione-containing product labeled for use on Bermudagrass. It fits the cool-season turf overseed market by providing pre- and post-emergent weed control and covers a broad spectrum of weeds like sedges, kyllinga, crabgrass and broadleaf weeds.

Linchpin’s flexibility allows you to safely add up to 4 oz per acre of additional Mesotrione to gain greater control of large crab grass and longer pre-emergent residual, without affecting turf safety on traditionally sensitive rye and Bermuda grass.  For use on Bermuda, rye grass, Fescue and Kentucky Blue Grass (excluding bent grass) to control key weeds like sedges, crabgrass and broadleaf weeds.
