Landscapes Golf Management secures multi-year contract extensions for eight properties

After achieving healthy returns ans success for golf courses, country clubs and destination clubs under its operation coast to coast, Landscapes Golf Management has recently been granted multi-year extensions to continue providing solutions for eight properties. 

Under the company’s leadership, each business has realized meaningfully improved financial performance anchored by impressive acquisition and retention of members and guests, according to the company.  In turn, the valuation of each asset has significantly increased.

The properties are of public, private and community variety:

  • Beatrice Country Club (Beatrice, Neb.) 
  • Butler’s Golf Course (Elizabeth, Pa.
  • Jackrabbit Run Golf Course (Grand Island, Neb.) 
  • Manhattan Country Club (Manhattan, Kan.
  • Monroe Golf Club (Monroe, Wis.
  • Pinecrest Golf Club (Huntley, Ill.
  • Scottsbluff Country Club (Scottsbluff, Neb.) 

Landscapes Golf Management services include employee recruitment and training, property maintenance, marketing and sales, clubhouse operations, merchandising, food and beverage, IT and financial management.
