Landscapes Golf Management Earns multi-year extension at Utah’s Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club

Landscapes Golf Management has received a multi-year extension to continue operating the private Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club in Park City, Utah, for growing club utilization and bottom line annually. 

Landscapes Golf Management has lead operations at Jeremy Ranch since 2013, including business strategy and planning, golf course maintenance, clubhouse operations, marketing, IT, staffing and training, food and beverage, health and wellness, merchandising, golf instruction and financial management.

Over the past 13 years, Jeremy Ranch has increased revenue by 200 percent and net operating income by 544 percent.  The programming includes virtual concerts, happy hours and wine tastings, shopping network microsites, trivia contests and theme dining events, a wine society, junior golf nights, indoor golf simulators and a Nordic skiing track designed by Olympic gold medalist Billy Demong. 

The club also hosts private events with views of the Wasatch Mountains. In the past year, the golf course was renovated, including its greens and surrounds, tees, fairways, bunkers and practice areas.”

From 1982 to 1992, Jeremy Ranch’s Arnold Palmer design hosted the annual Senior PGA Tour “Shootout at Jeremy Ranch” between Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Billy Casper, Ben Crenshaw, Chi Chi Rodriguez and other stars. 

Jeremy Ranch is one of several private clubs managed by Landscapes Golf Management, which include Lost Rail Golf Club (Gretna, Neb.), Mapleton Golf Club (Sioux Falls, Iowa), River Run Country Club (Davidson, N.C.) and Sutton Bay (Ager, S.D.).
