Koch retains rights to Duration fertilizer

Koch Turf & Ornamental is retaining all rights it currently has to Duration and the rest of its enhanced efficiency fertilizer portfolio including UFLEXX, UMAXX, XCU, Nitroform, Nutralene, Nitamin and Hydrexx.

On Friday, Nov. 15, Koch Agronomic Services completed the sale of its Sylacauga, Ala., production facility to Harrell’s Coating Solutions, a subsidiary of Harrell’s. As part of the agreement, Harrell’s obtained rights to the Polyon technology and trademarks in the U.S., Costa Rica and the Caribbean.

Koch Turf & Ornamental will continue to offer the Polyon product line to customers in countries outside of the U.S. and the Caribbean, and Harrell’s will produce Polyon products for Koch at the Sylacauga facility.

Duration CR will be manufactured by Harrell’s for Koch Turf & Ornamental at the Sylacauga facility according to Koch’s strict quality guidelines and specifications.
