Jacobsen_WALLGROWJacobsen, a Textron Inc. company, recently signed an exclusive agreement with Wallgrow, a Mexican golf course management company, that will allows the company to provide Jacobsen equipment to the golf courses it manages.

Wallgrow provides a variety of management services for nearly 20 of the golf courses in Mexico and Latin America. Wallgrow courses will now have exclusive access to venerable Jacobsen equipment like the Eclipse 322 riding greens mower and the LF line of fairway mowers.

Wallgrow is very excited to be working with Jacobsen,” says Hector Lopez-Deschamps, director general of Wallgrow. “Our golf courses depend on us to help them present world-class conditions and we are certain Jacobsen equipment will help us achieve that goal.”

Wallgrow courses will be serviced by Jacobsen’s three official distributors in Mexico: Jacobsen West, serving North and South Baja California; Bepensa, serving Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo; and Rain Bird Mexico which serves the remaining areas of Mexico.

“Our new relationship with Wallgrow is really a win-win for both organizations,” says David Withers, president and CEO of Jacobsen. “Wallgrow manages some of the top golf properties in Mexico and now they will have easy access to the best equipment to maintain those courses. This is yet another example of multi-course companies turning to Jacobsen for their turf equipment needs”
