Before joining Target, Inberg served for six years as a superintendent at Longwood Golf Club, a 27-hole course in Cypress, Texas. Prior to that, he served as a superintendent at Westwood Golf Club in Houston.

A Texas A&M University graduate, Inberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy with a turfgrass management option, and a Bachelor of Science degree in horticulture with a landscape management option.
