Harrell’s names Brad Smith as its 2023 Sales Professional of the Year

Harrell’s recently awarded Brad Smith, territory manager on the company’s horticulture south team, as its 2023 Sales Professional of the Year.

The company selected and evaluated nominees in 15 separate categories, including sales performance, application of Harrell’s core values and demonstration of Harrell’s four pillars, which include humility, gratitude, intentionality and accountability.

Smith has been a territory manager with Harrell’s on the horticulture south team for nearly 16 years. According to the company, his customers look to him for fertilizer, crop and chemistry knowledge, as well as help to diagnose what their crops need year-round. Brad was nominated for the award this year by Robby Clemenzi, sales director of the horticulture south team.

“Since joining Harrell’s in 2007, Brad has grown his territory by approximately 15 times,” Clemenzi said. “Through his dedication, expertise and customer-centric approach, he consistently surpasses expectations and contributes significantly to our organization’s growth.”
