Golf course consultancy company Turfgrass welcomes Adam Moeller to team

Turfgrass, a golf course consultancy company specializing in developing, enhancing and maintaining golf courses, recently added Adam Moeller to its team.

This move is the first for Turfgrass to expand into North America. Previously, the company established its presence in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Turfgrass team, an organization that has a proven track record in providing great services to the golf course management industry. I look forward to contributing my expertise and working alongside (Turfgrass founder) John (Clarkin), Julian and the rest of the team to further elevate their commitment to excellence, Moeller said.

Moeller is a former USGA Northeast region agronomist, USGA Green Section education director and editor-in-chief of the USGA Green Section Record digital magazine. He has consulted with over 330 golf courses and collaborated with host superintendents to prepare 22 USGA national championships, including the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open.

He received his bachelor’s in horticulture from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s in agronomy from Purdue University. He has developed educational content for golf course superintendents, course officials and golfers.
