Ewing Irrigation opens New Jersey location, its third in the Northeast in 2018

Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply opened its first location in New Jersey.

The new location, located in the city of West Berlin, is the third location the national, family-owned supplier has opened in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region this year.

Thomas Wakeley, Ewing West Berlin’s store manager, has been in the industry for more than two decades.

“I’ve been in the New Jersey market for 11 years and have been serving contractors since 1994. With my experience and Ewing’s great services and products, I’m confident we can be true partners for our customers,” said Wakeley. “My customers know they can rely on me to help them get the job done every time.”

Ewing West Berlin will carry a variety of products, including irrigation supplies, fertilizer and chemicals, tools and accessories, golf course products, sports field materials and more.

This new Ewing location is part of a broader company expansion into the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Earlier this year, Ewing opened stores in Gaithersburg, Md., and Ronkonkoma, N.Y.

“We really are here to serve the green industry professionals in the region,” said Phil Kerchner, regional manager for Ewing’s Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region. “It’s been exciting for us to open these new locations and we’re looking forward to the continued growth and partnerships with our customers.”

The store is the exclusive distributor of Rain Bird Golf products in New Jersey.
