Dryject expands with two new franchises

DryJect LLC has recently expanded its business operations with the addition of two new franchisees that will serve northeast Texas and Upstate New York. This expansion represents another step forward in fulfilling the company’s mission to have a strong presence across all areas of the country, according to DryJect.

Paul Hagy, of North Texas DryJect has purchased the DryJect franchise territory which includes Dallas – Fort Worth and the entire Northeast Texas corner. Paul is very familiar with the territory well as he has traveled it much for his present business Texas Sports Sands supplying specialty sand and aggregate materials to the golf and sports turf industry.

He has owned and operated Texas Sports Sands for over nine years. He was a golf course superintendent for eight years in Oklahoma prior to setting out on his own. Paul attended Oklahoma State University and received his degree in turfgrass management. Hagy resides in McKinney, Texas with his wife Ann Marie.

 

Jeremy Batz, of DryJect Upstate New York will be covering a large portion of New York along with his established DryJect neighbor Steve Jordan of DryJect Northeast. Jeremy’s territory will include the entire western part of the state as well as many counties immediately west of the New York City metropolitan area and far northern parts of the state. He will also be covering the state of Vermont.

Batz has spent the five years in his last job as golf course superintendent and two years as the assistant superintendent at the Trump National Golf Club in Colts Neck, N.J. Prior to that, he served as the assistant at The Club at Cordillera in Colorado. Batz attended Penn State University and received his degree in turfgrass management. Batz and his fiancée Morgan Wright, currently reside in Wall, N.J. but plan on moving to New York soon, according to the company.

Of the expansion, DryJect Vice President of Operations Jeff Broadbelt says, “We are excited to have Paul and Jeremy as part of the DryJect family. We wish them the best of luck in their endeavors as we work together to ensure the best possible service to our customers.”
