“CSI has always been about innovation and trusted relationships,” said Boyd. “I’m proud of what we’ve built and confident the company will continue to thrive.”

Boyd’s entrepreneurial drive, industry insight and commitment to customer success has created a lasting legacy at CSI, according to the company, and it’s one that will continue to shape the company’s future. Though stepping away from day-to-day responsibilities, Boyd will continue to support the business as an advisor during the transition.

To strengthen alignment with global leadership, CSI and Alligare will align to form the newly created ADAMA Professional Solutions Commercial Unit (APS CU).

Trey Kendrick will serve as president and CEO of Control Solutions and head of APS CU, reporting directly to Eric Dereudre, ADAMA chief commercial officer. Trey brings extensive experience from his long career with CSI and successful leadership as president and CEO of Alligare over the past four years. His direction will ensure continued alignment and growth across both businesses.

Together, with the combined strength of Control Solutions and Alligare, the APS CU is planning to deliver the innovation, expertise and partnership customers can count on.
