The governing body at Augusta National has extended complimentary daily admission to the Masters to all Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) Class A, A-Retired (ART) and AA Life members who have a valid gold membership card.

To gain admission to the tournament, attendees who qualify must present their current GCSAA membership card along with their driver’s license at the Gate C/PGA booth each day. The booth is located just inside Gate 6, which is a walk-in gate located off Berckmans Road.

GCSAA notes that you must be a Class A, ART or AA member in good standing in order to take advantage of this benefit. The association asks that members verify their classification and status before making any travel arrangements. If an attendee exits the grounds at any time during they day, he or she is required to reenter through Gate 6 and check back at the Gate C/PGA booth where he or she will once again be required to present his or her GCSAA membership card and driver’s license to gain admittance.

There are several policies GCSAA reminds members keep in mind when attending the Masters:

  • Hold onto your pass. Upon leaving the grounds, maintain possession of your daily pass and under no circumstances should you sell it, throw it away or give it away as a souvenir to anyone you do not know.
  • No cell phones or other electronic devices are allowed on the grounds at any time.
  • Cameras are only allowed during practice rounds (Monday – Wednesday). They are not permitted on the grounds starting on Thursday.

Any violation of Augusta National’s ticket, cell phone or camera policies will result in a lifetime ban from Masters tournaments.
