Aqua-Aid Solutions to launch new hydrating surfactant

Aqua-Aid Solutions will launch the Hydra-30 Plus at this year’s Golf Industry Show (GIS).

Hydra-30 Plus provides turfgrass managers a 30-day, economical hydrating surfactant which includes a key vitamin package to combat turf stress and aid in recovery. It’ll be introduced at Aqua-Aid Solutions’ Booth #727.

“We listened to our end users who were looking for a solution that allowed them to have a soil surfactant for large turf areas that provided them with water infiltration, but also had some characteristics that provided hydration of the soil at the same time,” said Sam Green, president of Aqua-Aid Solutions. “They wanted a product that was both cost effective and gave them 30-day control of their water management programs on most soil types. Hydra-30 Plus offers these characteristics and allows us to add a product to our moisture management solutions that further allows the turf manager more options for managing their Agronomic programs.”

Hydra-30 Plus improves overall root zone moisture by restoring uniform hydration throughout the root zone across a variety of soil types. To better handle the stresses of modern maintenance practices, Hydra-30 Plus also contains a vitamin package to aid turf in combating stress and help speed recovery when stress is evident. Hydra-30 Plus provides the turf manager with application flexibility, visual results and cost effectiveness while achieving firm turfgrass surfaces, according to the company.

Turf managers can expect to see dew reduction for up to six days after application.
