Anuvia Plant Nutrients has entered a partnership with the Quebec, Canada-based Ferti Technologies, to market Anuvia’s GreenTRX to its golf and turf customers. GreenTRX is an enhanced-efficiency, multi-nutrient, slow-release specialty fertilizer that delivers fast deep greening to turf, according to the company.

Ferti Technologies, founded in 1987, produces and sells  fertilizers and amendments for companies located around the globe. They will sell GreenTRX to their eastern Canadian customers.

“We are excited to have Ferti Technologies representing GreenTRX,” says Hugh MacGillivray, Anuvia Plant Nutrients executive vice president, Commercial, in a press release. “Ferti Technologies has developed premium quality fertilizers and amendments specific to the diverse needs of its customer base. GreenTRX, with its unique performance qualities and its environmentally friendly benefits, will be a great addition to their product line and a new sustainable solution to offer the turf industry.”

GreenTRX, a plant nutrient product provides targeted plant feeding using a novel slow-release mechanism. It delivers plant nutrition when plants need it most — releasing 65 percent of its nutrients in the first two to three weeks and the balance providing feeding for up to eight weeks, according to Anuvia.

“GreenTRX is a great innovation that we are pleased to introduce in our fertilizer line,” says Martin Bisaillon, Ferti Technologies Sales director. “In today’s market, healthy turf and lawns need more than basic nutrition. GreenTRX captures the synergy between organic matter and mineral nutrition creating a novel slow release plant nutrient product. This product provides the needed nutrients as well as puts 16 percent organic matter back in the soil thereby optimizing plant and soil health.”
