AMVAC acquires The Andersons FFIII fungicide product line

AMVAC Chemical Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Vanguard Corp., has acquired the FFIII fungicide product line from the Plant Nutrient Group of The Andersons, Inc. FFIII contains three active ingredients which work together to provide long lasting turf disease protection.

“We are delighted to have this excellent fungicide incorporated into our expanding portfolio of products for turf preservation. FFIII is a trusted granular fungicide for the prevention of Pink and Gray Snow Mold and as a dry granular formulation it spreads evenly and provides a very high level of application control,” Jeff Alvis, the business manager of AMVAC’s AEP (non-crop) business segment says in a press release. “We intend to continue the excellent marketing and distribution efforts begun by The Andersons, and our turf management customers will benefit from the combination of performance and convenience that FFIII facilitates.”
