Landscapes Unlimited appoints Patrick McGuire as development manager

Golf course developer and construction company Landscapes Unlimited has appointed 25-year golf industry veteran Patrick McGuire as development manager of its Project Development Group. 

His professional journey includes memberships in and certifications from the PGA of America, Construction Specific Institute and Club Managers Association of America, the latter involving a six-year process. 

McGuire held management roles at Wexford Plantation in Bluffton, S.C., Dorset Field Club in Dorset, Vt., Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers, Fla. and Delray Beach Golf Club in Delray Beach, Fla. 

He was also project manager and construction administrator for architectural design firm Gora McGahey, guiding a 12-member team in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and contributing to his adeptness in clubhouse and other vertical builds. 

The addition of McGuire further advances LU’s PDG oversight effectiveness turnkeying fully integrated capital strategies, master planning, pre-construction, total project development and a host of solutions for golf courses, state-of-the-art practice facilities, golf entertainment venues, lodging, clubhouses and other amenities.
