Bayer CropScience LP and Stoller Enterprises enter into license agreement
On Oct. 28, Bayer CropScience LP announced it has entered into a license agreement with Stoller Enterprises, Inc. that gives Bayer access to intellectual property owned by Stoller.
“We look forward to this opportunity to provide our customers with advanced technology that combines Bayer CropScience’s innovative solutions with Stoller Enterprises’ know-how,” said Diane Pinsker, Vice President Business Development North America at Bayer CropScience LP. “This agreement with Stoller enables us to develop solutions to help our customers address the negative impacts of both abiotic and biotic stress to plants.”
Other agreement details were not disclosed.
