USA! BASF! Yeah!

By |  July 31, 2013

I want to direct your attention to a great thing BASF has done recently for the Wounded Warrior Project.

BASF Professional Turf & Ornamentals held an Honor America campaign to encourage superintendents to get their turfgrass ready for the summer season and to benefit a great charity. They made their goal and raised $20,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project!

Superintendents who use or have used Honor Intrinsic brand fungicide on their course were asked to send a digital photo of themselves on the golf course with a U.S. flag. In turn, BASF would make a $100 donation to help honor a wounded solider.

Today is the last day… if you still want to get in a photo of yourself, send it to HonorAmerica@PadillaSpeer.com

Check out the Holiday Spray Photo Map on www.basfturftalk.com/honor-america to see who has submitted a photo.

Good stuff, BASF!
