Schuylkill Country Club was originally a 1920 Willie Park 9 hole course until 1944, when Donald Ross came in and added 9 and touched up the Park 9.
“Schuylkill” is pronounced school-kill, and is the name of a nearby river.
Member Roy Heim, me in the middle, director of operations/superintendent Jim Rattigan. Jim is a stick… once carded a 66 on the course, and that was after taking a triple-bogey on this hole, the par 3 No. 16!
