Development of ASTRO was designed by Frost Inc. with guidance technology influenced by Mach, an autonomy solutions company. 

How does your offering improve operational efficiency for golf course managers?

ASTRO is going to help minimize spray application errors that can happen with piloted sprayers. It applies with 10-inch nozzle spacing to minimize overlaps on critical transition grasses of collars and approaches. With repeatable tasks that a machine can perform, it frees up time and effort for human turf management.

What makes ASTRO a game changer for course maintenance?

Frost has always been a leader of sprayer technology with GPS spray control, mapping technologies, auto-steer and more. The new ASTRO utilizes knowledge learned from all these past technologies along with new ideas of the future.
