FMC offers Echelon herbicide rebate

FMC Professional Solutions has started the Echelon herbicide Spring Rebate, an in-season promotional program based on purchases for a minimum of 30 acres. In addition to the discount, all purchases qualify for the Echelon Performance Assurance Program. The Spring Rebate is available from now until May 15, 2011.

Echelon herbicide provides preemergence and early postemergence control of sedges, crabgrass and goosegrass and has broadleaf weed activity. Used in typical late-spring or split preemergence applications, Echelon offers control beyond that of traditional preemergence crabgrass herbicides, saving the applicator time and money on weed control later in the season. FMC offers customers the Echelon Performance Assurance Program, which provides 100 days of control when used according to the program guidelines. Echelon has a dual mode of action that interferes with plant growth by inhibiting cell division, and tests show it delivers efficacy and long-lasting residual.  Echelon can be applied as a liquid product as well as a dry product on fertilizer.
