Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club gears up for greens, bunker renovation project

Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course will soon undergo an extensive greens and bunker renovation. Work will begin on the renovation project on July 5 and is expected be completed by Oct. 1. During the renovation the golf course will not close to member or guest play as temporary greens will be cut on all holes.

Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club is a 7,300-yard located in Located in Georgetown, Texas.

Heritage Links is overseeing the project which includes returning green complexes to their original size and shape and utilizing Champions Bermuda grass on the putting surfaces. In addition, bunker renovations will include updated drainage, new bunker liners and new bunker sand in all greenside and fairway bunkers.

Managed by Troon Privé, the private club operating division of Troon, Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club opened on January 1, 2003. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Design meanders through beautiful rolling hills of Texas ranch land and over the years has matured into , oak-tree lined masterpiece.
